Books and publications ordered directly via Conquest
Publishers are shipped via the US Postal Service using either First Class
Mail, Media Mail or Priority Mail, depending upon the weight of the package at the
time of shipment. In some cases, orders may be shipped via UPS or Fedex. We ship physical publications to the United States and Canada only. However, e-Books may be sent to and/or downloaded from anywhere in the world.
Packages are sent using Delivery Confirmation Service. Signature Confirmation is used only if the market value of the shipment exceeds $50.00.
In-stock publications are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Publications not in stock at the time or order are placed on backorder and are shipped immediately once the publication becomes available. Customers whose orders are not in stock or are in pre-order status will be notified either by e-mail or by telephone of the status of their order and when they can expect shipment.
E-Books are either sent to the customer via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt and verification of order.
We take the utmost care to ensure that your order is packaged such that it will not incur damage during shipment. However, if you order is received damaged, please contact us discuss options for replacement.
We issue refunds only if a package we shipped was undeliverable and/or the product was damaged in shipment. We do not issue refunds on books where the shipper has indicated successful delivery. If your package was undeliverable and/or damaged in shipment, please contact us.
Orders placed through other vendors are shipped in accordance with that vendor's shipping policy.
